Senpage Consulting seeks to provide a diverse range of solutions to organizations across many industries. We recruit our consultants from a wide variety of academic and professional backgrounds. Client journey overview.

While our services are tailored to the needs of each client, Senpage Consulting takes a standardized, seven-step approach toward cases. This is done in order to ensure consistent results for our clients. While the usual project cycle is three months long, adjustments can be made in order to suit the needs of the client. Discovery.

During this initial call, you will chat with a representative from Senpage Consulting in order to provide a brief overview of your business and its operations. Then you will be guided through the process of how we work, and together come to a decision about whether our services are right for you.

Alignment.

Once the decision to proceed has been reached, we will invite you to a follow-up call. During this conversation, we will be joined by a project lead so they can gain a deeper understanding of your goals and request relevant data. Furthermore, we will also decide together on a project timeline.

Project Kick-off.

Our project lead will then assemble a team of consultants specific to your case. After being briefed on your goals and challenges, our consultants will work with the lead to divide responsibilities and set project deadlines. After this plan is finalized, you will be notified and the project will commence.

Check-ins.

During the course of the project, we will provide you with regular updates regarding the status. Respecting your time and availability, this can either take the form of emails or calls. This will present both parties with the chance to ask for clarification regarding aspects of the case or provide new information.

Delivery.

At the end of the project period, you will be invited to a final call or meeting with the project lead and consulting team. There, the consulting team will present the final deliverable under the guidance of the project lead and answer any questions you may have. We will also discuss any future steps if applicable.
